Non-residential buildings such as commercial, office, industrial, and hotel buildings that have been approved to be converted into rental housing or converted into ordinary rental housing will be subsidized at a construction area of 500 yuan per square meter. 800 yuan / square meter will be subsidized.

In urban villages, the quality of leased housing is improved, and the total construction area is not less than 2,000 square meters, and the projects are relatively concentrated, and subsidies are provided based on the construction area of 300 yuan / square meter.

Idle housing is upgraded as quality for leased housing, and projects with a total construction area of not less than 2,000 square meters will be subsidized at a construction area of 350 yuan / square meter.

Provide rental housing for important public service groups such as sanitation workers and bus drivers, and the rent is subject to government guidance, and subsidies will be given according to the following standards: for new rental housing, subsidies will be given at a construction area of 1,000 yuan per square meter; Subsidies will be given based on a construction area of 800 yuan / square meter; rental housing projects with improved quality will be given a subsidy based on a construction area of 600 yuan / square meter.

In addition, housing rental companies that meet the requirements will enter the listing information into the "Sunshine Rental" platform. If the number of listings is not less than 300 units (rooms) or the building area is not less than 10,000 square meters, the price will be 150 yuan per room. Give reward. After January 1, 2019, housing leasing companies and intermediaries will apply for housing rental contracts through the "Sunshine Rental" platform.
